Seminar on ‘Crafting a Start-up’s Strategy’
On 6 November 2024, school hosted an insightful seminar on ‘Crafting a Start-up’s Strategy’ bringing together aspiring entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and academics to discuss the crucial aspects of building and sustaining successful start-ups.
The keynote speech by Dr. Manoj Kumar, Professor & HoD, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, focused on the three key pillars i.e. Awareness, which involves understanding market needs, identifying opportunities, and recognizing potential challenges; Skilling, which emphasizes developing the necessary competencies, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial acumen; and Prototyping, focused on designing, creating, and testing viable product models to refine solutions and ensure market readiness.
Mr. Jaideep Khandelwal, Founder & CTO, One2N Consulting, shared his personal start-up journey, offering valuable lessons on ownership, resilience, and strategic planning.
It was an enlightening experience that left all attendees inspired and ready to take on the world of entrepreneurship.
