Students Upskilling Training 2024: Equipping Final-Year Students for Placement Success
Students Upskilling Training 2024, a transformative initiative in collaboration with Cantilever Labs Pvt. Ltd., enhanced the technical expertise, and career readiness for the final-year students.
The training program, from 27 August 2024 – 25 October 2024, was delivered in three phases to equip participants with comprehensive skills. The first phase led by Mr. Harshit Khurana and Ms. Manika Sambhor, focused on Verbal & Quantitative Reasoning and Soft Skills. Second phase conducted by Ms. Amtul Mubeen, covered Data Structures and C Programming. Finally, the third phase facilitated by Ms. Pritpal Kaur focussed on Java Programming, ensuring industry-relevant training experience. The extensive training not only boosted confidence and technical expertise for real-world challenges but also helped in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
