Workshop on BUSINESS ACUMEN
On 19th September 2017, a workshop was conducted in School of Management, GD Goenka University on “Business Acumen”. The target audience were the students of all years of B.Com (H) and BBA. The workshop focused on the business as well as leadership skills of the budding managers. With number of management and fun games, students understands the roles and inter relationship of each business function and learn how to apply knowledge of business fundamentals and market place to enhance profitability and performances of the organisations. The workshop was taken by Mr. Ankit Talwar, Managers – North Region, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK along with Dr. Esha Jain, Faculty – SoM. Students took keen interest in the workshop and enjoy learning team work significance and other important business skills with number of games.
