School of Management of GD Goenka University has organised a session on Union Budget-2018 on 7 February, 2018. The speakers were Dr. Suneel Arora and Ms. Vandana Mehrotra from Finance area and Dr Sonal Katyal and Ms Sunrita Chaudri from Economics area. The session highlighted the various aspects and analysis of Budget-2018.
The session was divided into four parts. In first part, reaction of political party leaders, industry leaders and entrepreneurs were discussed. In Second part, economic parameters were analysed. In third part, Sectoral Allocation was reviewed. Finally, taxation was discussed followed by Question and Answer.
