Bagiya- Sanshil Foundation
As part of the curriculum, students from the School of Management at GD Goenka University visited
the Bagiya-Sanshil Foundation. The children were from nursery school to grade ten. The children
made a special connection with them as the children were quite interactive, were not at all shy
about talking to them, and did not make them feel like strangers. They all communicated
comfortably. They as a group learned many things from them as well, for example, that no matter
what situation we are in, we need to keep smiling and face our hardships. All the children were very
focused on the discussion they had. The team conducted many activities, like taking math quizzes,
telling stories, and raising awareness about traffic rules.
