School of Law, G D Goenka University organised a Capsule Course On Comparative Criminal Justice on January 28th, 2018 to February 6th, 2018 by Professor ZhiyuanGuo (Professor and a Deputy Director, Centre for Criminal Law and Justice of China University of Political Science and Law). The highlights of the course was Introduction to Chinese Criminal Justice: Historical Review & Roles of Police, Prosecutors, Judges and Defence Lawyers;and Pros and Cons of Recent Criminal Procedure Law Reforms of China. She also emphasised on rights protection for Persons with Mental Disabilitiesin China.
