Guest Lecture on FinTech
Gd Goenka University, School of Management organized a guest lecture on Fintech by Mr. Hari Ramasubramaniam, Business Development and Relationship Manager at IBM Innovation Center for Education, on 31 Jan 2024.
This was an initiative by the Business Analytics and Information Technology Club at school of management under the
guidance of Dr. Kishore Morya, Professor & Director, MBA Business Analytics.
Mr. Hari shared valuable insights on Fintech in terms of businesses that use technology to enhance or automate financial
services or processes. Artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing and big data are the key areas of fintech.
It was an immensely engaging session and Mr. Hari Subramaniam narrated his journey at IBM through amazing examples and the students learnt about fintech.
