Teaching has to be conducted within the social structure. So social awareness and sensitivity towards social issues is the major concern of teachers. In dengue- prone season, an awareness programme was conducted by GDDU, in collaboration with Medanta Hospital with a vision of ‘Mission stop dengue’. The students of SoEd also participated in the event and pledged to make our city a dengue free zone.
