Budding Journalists of the future take an Industry Visit to a Publishing House
Students of GD Goenka School of Communication were taken on an industry visit tour to the Vikas Publishing House Pvt. Ltd. at Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad on 24th March, 2018.
This publishing house is the main manufacturing center for books under the group umbrella of S. Chand Group Publishing, that publishes school, higher education, tech & professional, children and competitive books. The Human Resource head briefed the students about the working of the publication and gave a factory tour of the manufacturing process of the books.
The day-field visit gave a practical understanding about the functioning of a printing press to our students of communication.
