GD Goenka University Partners with Yi for Leadership Development
On November 14, 2024, GD Goenka University’s School of Management achieved a significant milestone by formalizing a strategic partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Young Indians (Yi) initiative. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed, setting the stage for transformative opportunities aimed at developing leadership skills among students.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Anuradha R Tiwary, Registrar of GD Goenka University, and Ashu Diwan, YUVA Chair of Yi Gurugram. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Smitha Girija, Dean of the School of Management, Dr. Nidhi Singh, Dr. Monica Rose, and Praveen Premkumar, Co-Chair of Yi Gurugram.
This partnership will offer students the chance to work on impactful projects focusing on skill development, social responsibility, and nation-building, enabling them to sharpen their leadership abilities while making meaningful contributions to society. GD Goenka University and Yi are committed to preparing the next generation of leaders capable of creating a positive, lasting impact in various sectors.
